This came after the state Assembly appealed to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to direct the Ministry of Health to release funds for the boy’s overseas treatment. It was previously reported that the Speaker of the Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, established a committee on September 4, 2023, to investigate the missing intestines issue.
