Chinwe Splendour, a realtor, has claimed that a staggering 95% of women and young ladies working in the real estate industry are involved in hookups with clients to secure sales.
In an interview, Chinwe discussed the significant challenges women face in the real estate business, stating that achieving success is particularly difficult for young women without engaging in sexual relationships with clients.
Chinwe’s statements paint a concerning picture of the industry, as she asserted, “As a woman in the real estate business, it is difficult to sell land and be successful without sleeping with some of these clients.”
Furthermore, Chinwe claimed that the majority of her female counterparts are part of this hookup culture, saying, “95% of women in the real estate business are hookup girls.”
The realtor went on to elaborate on the harsh realities of the profession, acknowledging that sometimes, when potential buyers are scarce, female realtors resort to sleeping with their superiors in order to secure funds for basic necessities.
Chinwe’s revelations have sparked outrage and concern over the prevalence of such practices in the real estate industry. This raises questions about the ethical standards and the overall working environment that women in the field are facing.
