The man, Lewin Wertheimer, who tweeted with the handle, @lewingmodified’, posted a post-operation photo, lying in a hospital bed holding his excised testicles.
Beside him is a man who he calls his husband, offering him moral support.
He wrote: “Just got my new p*ssy!!!! Here, I am holding my balls with my husband and my nicely wrapped up and protected p*ssy!!
Americans have been responding with venom since he posted the photo. Many opined that America was too permissive and called for the exclusion of such people from state-funded medical services.
