A Germany-based Ibadan-born businessman and politician, Hon Olayinka Oladimeji Segelu, has sent out a message of congratulations to a Mr. Lukuman Abudulawal, on the ocassion of his birthday.

Hon Olayinka described Mr. Abudulawal, a senior lecturer at The Polytechnic Ibadan and former Head Of Department (HOD), Geology, as a respected educationist who maintains a level of integrity and rectitude in his dealings with students.

Olayinka noted that Mr. Abudulawal as his lecturer in the Department of Geology over twenty years ago made significant impact on his lives and contributed to building him to become what he is today.

In his congratulatory message to the lecturer, the Germany-based entrepreneur said: “On this special day, we celebrate the remarkable birthday of Mr. Lukuman Abudulawal. As the Chairman and CEO of YSEG Hotels and Suites Ibadan and a proud Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), I, Hon Olayinka Oladimeji Segelu, extend my heartfelt wishes to Mr. Abudulawal on the ocassion of his birthday.

“It’s a great thing of joy for me to celebrate you today. Your profound impact on your students at the Polytechnic, Ibadan, during my tenure as Welfare Officer in the Geology Department under NAGAMS from 2002 to 2003 has left lasting memories. Your honesty, dedication, and invaluable contributions to our political discussions have significantly shaped our understanding and passion for societal development.”

“As a passionate Islamic scholar, Mr. Abudulawal exemplifies integrity and inclusivity, making commendable efforts toward the betterment of our beloved country.

“I pray that Allah grants you long life and prosperity, and that you continue to reap the rewards of your hard work. The moments spent discussing national issues with you are cherished, and I firmly believe that you are destined for great things by God’s will.

“I wish you a fantastic birthday filled with joy and blessings. May Almighty Allah (SWT) bless you with long life, good health, and continued success in all your endeavors, Sir!”
