Following a rift between party chieftains of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Adebisi Olopoeyan and others with reelected Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, it seemed they have settled their dispute.

In a picture made available online by Olopoeyan’s media aide, it was gathered that the governor and the former PDP party leader have settled their quarrel and a possibility that he may return to the party.

Recall that the party leaders like Alhaji Hazeem Gbolarumi, Mulikat Akande, Alh. Nureni Akanbi among others had been quarreling with governor, a reason many of them left political party.

Also, in the concluded March 18 governorship election, many of the aggrieved leaders didn’t support the governor but settled for Senator Teslim Folarin who lost in the election.

After the victory for the governor, many of the aggrieved leaders have been congratulating him but for Olopoeyan, his picture was seen with the governor in his house.
