BREAKING: Tragic Accident Claims Life of Popular Nollywood Actor During Movie Production (PHOTOS/ VIDEO)

In a devastating turn of events, popular Nollywood actor, Junior Pope Odonwodo, has tragically lost his life. Reports have revealed that Junior Pope, along with three other actors, met with a fatal accident when they fell into Anam River while on their way to a movie location in Anambra State. The bodies of all four actors have been recovered.

Prior to the incident, Junior Pope had shared a video on social media, showcasing himself and his colleagues on a boat as they embarked on their journey to the movie location. In the caption accompanying the video, he expressed his concern about the lack of life jackets, stating, “See me lamenting…The risk we take to entertain you; crossing river 9ja yesterday with no life jacket…Na wahooooo. Who does that??”

Upon the news of Junior Pope’s death, fellow actors took to the comment section of the video, expressing their shock and grief. Tana Adelana wrote, “Jesus! Oh Lord! Oh Lord. I’m so sad. can’t believe this. Big Sam where are you? am shaking,” while Yvonne Jegede penned, “I’m devastated. Rest in peace, brother.”

The 39-year-old actor was married to Jennifer Awele, with whom he shared three children. This tragic incident has left the Nollywood community and fans in a state of deep sorrow and mourning.
