Two cable thieves have been intercepted and arrested in Amuloko area of Ibadan, Oyo State Capital.
They were apprehended while conveying the electric cable vandalized with their motorcycle in the area.
According to one of them identified as Lekan, they came from Oremeji area of Ibadan to commit the crime.
In the video presently circulating on WhatsApp and other social media, the thieves were seen stripped naked.
