A makeshift restaurant in Mvog Ada, Yaoundé, Cameroon, was demolished after its owner, Victorine Bikoe, was arrested for allegedly contaminating food meant for customers.
Bikoe reportedly filmed herself urinating into a pot of freshly prepared Okok soup before mixing it with a spoon. It is suspected that she served the tainted meal to unsuspecting customers.
The video surfaced on social media and quickly went viral, sparking outrage among community members. In response, angry residents stormed the eatery and tore it down.
According to reports from the Cameroon News Agency, security forces later detained Bikoe for further investigation.
