In a shocking incident at the Top View Hotel in Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, hotel staff intervened to rescue a woman who was reportedly being held for ritual purposes by a male guest. The situation escalated when the woman’s desperate screams alerted employees to a disturbing scene unfolding inside one of the hotel rooms.
Upon entering the room, staff discovered the woman completely unclothed and bound with cellophane tape, with her hands and legs restrained and tape also visible around her neck. The employees acted swiftly, citing the woman’s cries as crucial in her rescue.
Witnesses reported that the hotel staff chastised both the woman for being in such a situation and the man for his alleged intentions. They directed the male guest to remove the tape binding the woman, while the victim used her clothing to cover herself during the distressing ordeal.
