NNPC Limited has put an end to rumors circulating about a potential price adjustment for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and Automotive Gas Oil (Diesel) at its retail stations across Nigeria.

The company has firmly stated that these reports are false and has urged the public to disregard them entirely.
Additionally, NNPC Ltd. has reiterated its dedication to sustaining the current sufficiency in petroleum product supply at all its retail stations nationwide.

The Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Ltd., Olufemi Soneye, emphasizes that the company is committed to meeting the fuel needs of Nigerians.

This was in reaction to a recent report stating that the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), a subsidiary of NNPC, has made a significant decision to lower the depot price of petrol, also known as Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), from N640 per litre to N570 per litre. This move aims to benefit independent marketers, who will receive direct allocations.
