The Lagos State Police Command has identified Ms Feyisayo Ogedengbe, an auxiliary nurse, as the prime suspect in Mohbad's death.

The Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, in a press briefing on October 6, disclosed that Ogedengbe administered "multiple and highly potent" injections to the 27-year-old singer.

Owohunwa revealed that the injections, consisting of Tetanus Toxoid, paracetamol, and Cetrazone — an antibiotic — were administered at Mohbad's residence on September 12.

The medications were said to have triggered an immediate reaction, including vomiting, goosebumps, and convulsions.

According to him, Ogedengbe was unqualified to perform the role of a home nurse and did so in a non-clinical environment and in a professionally negligent manner.

The CP also named Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Primeboy, and one other as suspects in the case.

He added that so far, 26 witnesses have been identified in the ongoing investigation of the singer."

The revelation that Ms Feyisayo Ogedengbe, an auxiliary nurse, is the prime suspect sends shockwaves across the nation. Questions arise about how an individual entrusted with the care and well-being of others could allegedly commit such a heinous act. Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, addressed the press with a heavy heart, as he disclosed the chilling events that led to Mohbad's untimely demise.

During the press briefing, it was revealed that Ogedengbe administered a lethal combination of medications to the young singer. While the focus remains on Ogedengbe, the Commissioner of Police did not neglect to mention additional suspects in the investigation. Alongside the auxiliary nurse, Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Primeboy, and an unidentified individual were named as persons of interest. The involvement of these individuals raises numerous questions about their relationship to Mohbad and the events leading up to his tragic end.
