Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Chief (Mrs.) Tinuade Ladoja, the wife of the Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland and former Governor of Oyo State, Oba Rashidi Ladoja.

This is contained in a condolence message signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas, and made available to newsmen on Tuesday in Ibadan.

Senator Alli described the death of Mrs. Ladoja as a painful loss to the entire Ibadanland and Oyo State.

The lawmaker said that the deceased, who passed away at the age of 71, was a devoted member of the Pastor-in-Council of the Celestial Church of Christ, where she played an influential role.

He praised her as a woman of great faith and impact who contributed immensely to the religious and social well-being of her community.

Senator Alli expressed heartfelt condolences to the Ladoja family, particularly Oba Rashidi Ladoja, who must bear the weight of losing a beloved spouse.

The lawmaker extended his sympathies to the entire Olubadan-in-Council and the people of Ibadanland, praying for comfort and strength for all those affected by her death.

"As a wife, mother, and religious leader, Mrs. Ladoja’s legacy of service, compassion, and dedication will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.

"I urge the family to find solace in the fact that she lived a life of purpose and commitment to God and humanity," Alli added.

Senator Alli prayed for the peaceful repose of Mrs. Ladoja’s soul and urged the family to take heart during this trying period.

He called on all well-wishers to support the family in prayers as they go through this difficult time.
