Anthony Joshua experienced the second knockout loss of his career, succumbing to Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium in their all-British heavyweight title fight.

From the very first round, Dubois, the reigning IBF heavyweight champion, showcased his dominance, knocking Joshua down twice before delivering a decisive right hand in the fifth round that left Joshua face down on the canvas. The referee stepped in shortly thereafter, bringing the fight to an abrupt end and cementing Dubois' unexpected victory.

"Are you not entertained?" Dubois exclaimed post-fight, receiving an enthusiastic response from the sell-out crowd. "I'm a gladiator. I am a warrior to the bitter end. I want to get to the top level of this sport and reach my potential."

Joshua's aspirations of reclaiming the heavyweight title and becoming a three-time champion came crashing down in a dramatic fashion. This loss marks his fourth in 32 professional fights, raising concerns about his future in the sport. However, he indicated a willingness to continue, revealing a rematch clause with Dubois.

"You know I'm ready to kick off in the ring, but I'm going to keep it respectful," Joshua stated. "Before I came here, I always say to myself I'm a fighter for life. You keep rolling the dice."

This defeat not only marks another setback for Joshua but also dims his hopes of a triumphant return to the top tier of heavyweight boxing.
