Daabia Mall
Daabia is a marketplace app that currently operates on the Testnet. We selected Daabia as the winner because of their continuous app improvements and their representation of a geographic area that hasn't been covered extensively by other marketplace apps.
Daabia's progress since their first submission to the 2023 Q1 Pi Hackathon has been remarkable. The team has shown dedication by simplifying and enhancing their user interface (UI) and introducing additional features like improved translations and a new merchant application process. This commitment to improvement aligns with Pi's values of continuous innovation and refinement and deserves recognition and support from the network. We are delighted to see the emergence of a marketplace app like Daabia from West Africa, a region that traditionally had limited options. Pi believes in supporting projects that contribute to the diversity of global marketplaces and serve the growing global Pioneer community.
