“It has become an annual event for me to bring smiles to people’s faces in my own little way to commemorate the day I was born. People who know me for decades can testify to this. Last year, I did the same, and this year is no exception. The essence is to thank God for the gift of life,” Awogboro said.

Comrade Awogboro also offered prayers for the newborn babies and later presented the first gifts to their parents.

One of the mothers of the newborn babies, Mrs. Funmilayo Olaleye, expressed appreciation to Comrade Femi Awogboro for his kind gesture.
