Speaking further, Dr. Ogunleye said: The JUPEB programme is an advanced level one that allows interested candidates to gain admission into 200 level without writing UTME. So, young Nigerians who either missed this year’s UTME or think their score may not secure admission for them into 100L are advised to take advantage of this golden opportunity which ensures that they don’t miss the opportunity for admission nor remain at home while their colleagues move into the tertiary institutions from September this year.
