Gov. Makinde pays ‘thank you’ visit to Adeojo

The Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde on Monday evening paid ‘thank you’ visit to a chieftain of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Yekini Adeojo.

He paid the visit after his landmark victory at Saturday March 18 governorship election which returned him as governor -elect for the second term.

Adeojo who brought PDP as political party to Oyo State before the election was featured on Fresh FM radio in Ibadan where he appealed to leaders in Ibadan and Oyo State at large to forgive and support the state governor.

During the interview with radio anchor, Isaac Brown, Adeojo admitted that the governor has stepped on toes but noted that he had rather embarked on laudable projects, a reason for the aggrieved leaders to forgive him.
