Guard Time Information, a prominent organization dedicated to human rights advocacy, has successfully concluded its Nationwide Human Rights Activists Training Programme. The initiative, conducted in partnership with key government agencies, aims to strengthen human rights education and enforcement across Nigeria.
The training programme was executed in collaboration with:
National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) – Engaging headquarters and state offices to enhance human rights enforcement.
Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy – Facilitating publicity and outreach efforts.


Federal Ministry of Women Affairs – Addressing abuse, molestation, rape, and other forms of violence against women and female children.
Empowering Human Rights Activists
Through this initiative, Guard Time Information seeks to:
Enhance awareness and education on human rights nationwide.
Equip activists with the necessary skills to promote and protect citizens’ rights.
Strengthen collaboration with security agencies, including the Nigerian Police Force, to ensure justice and accountability.
Expanding Advocacy and Enforcement
Guard Time Information continues to work closely with organizations such as:
Sexual Assault Referral Centers (SARC)
National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP)
Security agencies and educational institutions
The organization is actively mobilizing legal practitioners, investigative journalists, and human rights activists across Nigeria. Currently, fifty legal practitioners are engaged, with new members joining regularly.


Call for Government Action
CEO/Chairman of Guard Time Information, Mr. (Comdr) Bibi Oduku, has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to prioritize citizen welfare and security. He emphasizes the need to harness Nigeria’s talented youth for nation-building and social change.

Guard Time Information’s legal team includes prominent lawyers and activists across all geopolitical zones, working to bring human rights violators to justice. With strong backing from the Nigerian Police Force Headquarters in Abuja, the organization has made significant strides in apprehending perpetrators.
