An up-and-coming artist, Adejare Oluwatosin, has accused controversial singer, Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, better known as Portable, of trying to frame him with a gun.
It would be recalled that Portable posted a video of a badly beaten man who he accused of trying to shoot him.
He can be heard shouting in the video that it was God who saved him from being k!lled.
Portable insinuated that the man’s accomplice had escaped.
Adejare has now said he knows nothing about the incident. He said Portable was only trying to blackmail him.
He claimed he went to Obasanjo Police Station after having an altercation with Portable and his crew.
He filmed himself at the station while calling on Portable to come to the station to make his claims if he was sure of it and had proof.
He further claimed that Portable tried to run him over with his car and he managed to escape from there.
“I am inside the police station, I know nothing about the gun Portable posted. He tried to run me over with his car and after I ran for my life to the police station to make a report, the next thing you could do was to go online and frame me with a gun. If you know you are right, come to the police station to resolve this. I know nothing about what he is saying,” he stated.
