A woman and two men have been stripped naked after an unsuccessful attempt to kidnap their victim in Calabar using charms.
It was gathered that the criminals were caught after the victim screamed for help while trying to adopt her.
The incident took place along effio- ete junction and towards parliamentary in Calabar, The Cross River State Capital.
According to report, while the young man was busy shouting for help, the criminals tried stabbing him and pushing him out of the car.
The only lady who said to be the gang leader luckily escaped but was later intercepted by angry mob who gave her a very hot chase.
It was reported that the female kidnapper is said to be a notorious kidnapper who doesn’ t spare her victim especially when you fail to pay the ransom demanded from you.
After they were apprehended and paraded naked around the community, the female suspect confessed to the crime saying that they are group of kidnappers who have been terrorising the community for a very long time but luck eventually ran out of them and they were apprehended.
She added that she uses charms to aid her criminal activities and forces her male victims to sleep with her every night before killing them especially those that can’ t pay the requested ransom. The suspects were stripped naked and given the beatings of their life before they were burnt to death.
