Adebo Ogundoyin, speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly has admitted that Engr. Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo State has failed to sign bill to deliver projects in Ibarapaland.
In a short video trending on TikTok, the speaker is seen telling his constituents that the governor didn’t release money for projects earnmarked for the zone, which has three local government.
According to the speaker, roads constructed in the area was personally sponsored by him and not from government’s coffers.
