Renowned Nigerian juju musician and evangelist, Professor Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi, popularly known as Ebenezer Obey, has added a brand new Chevrolet Suburban High Country to his fleet of luxury vehicles.
The news of Obey’s latest acquisition was announced by City People TV, coming just three months after the music legend celebrated his 82nd birthday on April 3rd at the DECROSS Gospel Mission in Lagos. At the well-attended event, Obey, fondly referred to as “The Chief Commander,” was presented with a brand new Mercedes-Benz as a birthday gift.
The Chevrolet Suburban High Country is the flagship model of the full-sized Suburban SUV lineup, which includes other variants such as the Premier, Z71, RST, LT, and LS. Obey’s new vehicle is the most expensive and premium version of the American-made Suburban.
The Suburban High Country boasts a unique “High Country” signature grille, sill plates, and interior stitching, as well as 22-inch wheels and all-season tires. Its premium cabin offers comfortable seating for up to nine passengers and a 10.2-inch diagonal center touch-screen display with available Google built-in, allowing for hands-free voice commands.
Under the hood, the top-spec Suburban High Country is powered by a 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 engine with Dynamic Fuel Management, delivering a impressive 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque.
