The family of legendary Juju musician, Sunday Adegeye, popularly known as King Sunny Ade (KSA), has debunked viral rumours claiming the music icon is missing or kidnapped.

In a statement released on Tuesday, his son and manager, Dayo Adegeye, reassured the public that the veteran musician is “safe and sound.” He condemned the rumour as a “malicious” attempt to tarnish King Sunny Ade’s image.

“There is no truth to the kidnapping rumour, and we are taking appropriate steps to address the situation and identify those behind this false information,” Dayo said.
