Last week, the popular Fuji music crooner almost kpaied himself in an act akin to harakiri.
While the K1 saga is still occupying the front burner in national discourse, a beautiful lady, well-endowed with invitingly succulent boobs, diverted the conversation to another weird airline staff-passenger faceoff, leading to the exposure of those prized mounds on her chest.
Expectedly, and as applicable to the Fuji music crooner saga, many have taken diverse views on the appropriateness of the decently indecent that occured on the Lagos-bound flight from the beautiful land of Akwa Ibom State.
However, as the controversy rages on, where has this left us in the quest for a society that is lagging far behind in the quest for equitable social welfare, security and decent living for the mass of the people?
What happens to the undulating pump price of the Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), otherwise known as petrol?
Where lies the most important responsibility of the people to hold most of their imposed wheeler-dealer leaders accountable for their deeds and misdeeds?
Indeed, the KWAM I and KWAM II incidents are a form of respite for our rudderless leaders…a cover up, albeit temporary, for their heartlessness and insensitivity to the plight of the common man.
I cry for my beleaguered beloved country. But surely, Nigeria and Nigerians go survive.
