Liverpool forward Diogo Jota has tragically died in a car crash.
The 28-year-old and his brother, Andre Silva, who was also a professional footballer, were killed while they were travelling from Penafiel in Spain when their car went off the road.
They were tragically killed early Thursday morning in a high-speed car accident on the A‑52 motorway near Cernadilla, Zamora .

According to the Guardia Civil, the brothers were driving in a Lamborghini Urus around 00:30–00:40 CEST when a tire blew out while overtaking, causing the vehicle to veer off the road, crash into an embankment, and burst into flames . Emergency services from Castilla y León confirmed that both men died at the scene .
