Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu has advocated for renewed committment of Nigerians to national developement as Nigeria celebrate her 64th Independence Day.

He said the celebration was a testament to Nigeria’s growth and resilience since gaining independence on October 1, 1960.

A statement by Adelabu acknowledges the progress made while recognizing the challenges that still need to be addressed.

Adelabu emphasized importance of unity and collective efforts in building a better future as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu takes the lead.

He urged citizens to remain optimistic and committed to the country’s progress, despite the current challenges.

As the country moves forward, Adelabu’s leadership in the power sector will play a crucial role in shaping Nigeria’s economic and social landscape.

He however said Nigerians should take cognisance of the nation’s potential and collective responsibility to drive positive change.

He assured Nigerians that government on its part is committed towards improving the lives of citizens and creating brighter future for generations to come.
