Late singer Mohbad’s girlfriend has poured out her heartache, expressing the profound anguish that grips her in the wake of his untimely passing.

As confirmed by WITHIN NIGERIA, the artist’s demise was tragically announced on the fateful day of September 12, 2023, with several claims trailing his death.

Omowunmi, the babymama of late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, is engulfed in profound sorrow due to his untimely demise, and she is laying bare her emotions.

Wunmi took to social media to disclose that she and the talented music star joyfully welcomed a baby boy named Light just five months ago. Through a series of heartfelt posts on her Instagram page, this mother of one is grappling with daunting questions, pondering how she will provide for their son, who just turned five months old today. Reflecting on the uncertain path ahead, she shares numerous nostalgic photos, expressing her plea for assistance.

She passionately recounts the unique story of their love, detailing the strenuous battles they fought to reach the point where they were before his passing. Omowunmi also mourns the multitude of plans they had made together, underscoring the shift from shared responsibilities for two to the weight of one. She wrote:

“Liam is just five months today. Where do I start from? Somebody should help me, I can’t do this alone. Our love story was a different one, we fought really hard to be here. Ahhhhh, I don’t wish this type of pain on anyone. We had so many pains, two responsibilities have now become one. You were my ride or die, I tried my best to make you stay, Ilerioluwa. Ahhhhh, I repeat, I don’t wish this type of pain on anyone.”

Meanwhile, the family of the deceased singer has addressed the public with a heartbreaking official statement confirming his death.

In the wake of Mohbad’s untimely passing, his family has released an official statement to address the public and share their devastating loss. “Our hearts are heavy with grief as we confirm the passing of our beloved Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad. It is with profound sadness that we inform you that Mohbad left us on September12, 2023, leaving an indescribable void in our lives. We are devastated by this tragic loss and are struggling to come to terms with the fact that he is no longer with us.

We would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude to all the fans, friends, and well-wishers who have shown an outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. Your prayers and kind words have provided us with some solace amidst our grief.

As a family, we are devastated by the loss of Mohbad. He was not just an incredibly talented artist but also a loving son, brother, and father. We will forever cherish the memories we shared with him and hold on to the love he brought into our lives.
