Days to the Governorship and State House of Assembly in Oyo State, former Members and Executives of the Association of Local Government Chairman (ALGON) have pledged their unflinching support to the governorship ambition of Accord Candidate, Chief Adebayo Adelabu. Peller who visited the Accord Governorship candidate on Wednesday called on his supporters to give maximum support to Adelabu in the coming election.

“ I want to especially thank my supporters for their show of love and support. I also want them to keep hope alive and give maximum support to all Accord candidates on March 11 during the governorship and House of Assembly elections.”

Meanwhile, the Former Council Chairmen, led by Prince Ayodeji Abass Aleshinloye are optimistic that the Saturday March 11 Governorship will be a turning point to usher in a new administration under Chief Adebayo Adelabu.

The chairmen said their decision was hinged on the premise that Adelabu would take the State to enviable heights of prosperity and development.

They urged the good people of Oyo State and their political associates in the 33 Local Government Areas of Oyo State to vote for Accord in the Governorship Election on Saturday March 11 so that life can be more meaningful for the people of the State.

In his address, the Accord Governorship Candidate assured the people of rapid development in every nook and cranny of the State.

He lauded the ALGON members and other critical stakeholders for identifying with him at this crucial time adding that such support would not be taken for granted.

“Oyo State has been poorly managed under the present government because of lack of ideas that can move the State forward. The new government under Accord has a blue print and good governance template which will correct the anomalies and put the Oyo State in the right direction ” Adelabu said.
