The Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA) has issued a traffic advisory to inform the general public about a temporary closure of roads at Agodi Gate, Civic Center, and Idi Ape tomorrow, March 22, 2024.

The closure will be in effect from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and is necessary to ensure smooth sessions at the commissioning program of the Agodi Gate, Civic Center, and Idi Ape Junction improvement works.

During the mentioned time frame, alternative routes are strongly advised for all road users, especially those who are not attending the commissioning program. This measure aims to minimize congestion and inconvenience for people plying the area.

It is necessary for the public to be aware and plan their routes accordingly to avoid any unnecessary delays or traffic issues. Following the provided alternative routes will help maintain a smooth flow of traffic and prevent any potential disruptions.

The OYRTMA appreciates the cooperation and understanding of the general public in adhering to this traffic advisory. Your cooperation will contribute to the successful completion of the commissioning program and the overall improvement works at Agodi Gate, Civic Center, and Idi Ape Junction.

For further updates and information regarding the road closures, please stay tuned to the official channels of the Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority.
