One of the pillars of the entertainment industry in Nigeria and the CEO of the prestigious AMAA Awards, Peace Anyiam-Osigwe is dead.

As at the time of filing this report, it is very sketchy what may have happened, as everyone close to her, refused to pick their calls, but a former President of the Association of Movie Producers, picked and told us the story is true as it has also been confirmed by Zik Zulu Okafor.
“Precious Eze’s Blog” learnt that she was in coma at St. Nicolas Hospital, before she succumbed to death.

Auntie Peace would be remembered as one of those who shaped the face of the new Nollywood, as her contributions to the industry can not be overemphasized.
May the soul of Auntie Peace, rest in the hope of resurrection.
Award winning producer, Obi Emelonye had written on his Socials about her demise, even though the family was trying to be courteous with releasing the information.
