The governor stressed the importance of advocacy and assured the people of Oyo State that his government would continue to expand the state’s economy in order to lift its residents out of poverty. He called on residents to cooperate with the government in order to achieve their shared goals.

Speaking on behalf of the Oyo State House of Assembly, the Deputy Speaker, Muhammed Abiodun Fadeyi, commended the thoroughness with which the lawmakers assessed the Bill. He affirmed that all relevant ministries had been involved in the process.

The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Governor Bayo Lawal, Secretary to the State Government Prof. Olanike Adeyemo, Head of Service Mrs. Olubunmi Oni, as well as other government officials.
