•As Wike other G5 Governors billed to declared support for Tinubu before week ends
As the 2023 election keeps approaching, the Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, and other members of the G5 governors donated N100 billion to support the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and promised to make their support for him publicly known before the end of this week.
Following this advancement, the APC candidate, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu, has been exposed for allegedly promising the Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, to make him the Minister for Petroleum if he supported his aspiration to become the next president of the country.
According to the source, at the meeting held in London a fortnight ago, “Wike was promised by the petroleum minister no prosecution for all monies looted from Rivers State as well as an offer to nominate the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s chairman.”
Meanwhile, part of the agreement is for the support of the Oyo State governor, Makinde, in his second term ambitions.
