The Nigerian movie industry has been thrown into mourning following the sudden death of Shina, the only son of veteran Yoruba actress, Peju Ogunmola.

The tragic incident occurred on Monday while Ogunmola was on a movie set. According to reports, she had been informed that an actor was rushed to the hospital, only to arrive and discover that it was her son who had passed away.

Shina’s death comes shortly after he celebrated the completion of his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program, a moment of joy that had brought immense pride to his mother.
