The Governing Council Chairman for Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, Prof. Lateef Sanni has pledged the Council’s commitment to human capacity development of Staff of the Institution.

Prof. Sanni stated this on Monday, April 8, 2024 at the Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora during the Council’s meeting and interview of applicants for the position of Bursar for the Institution.

Prof. Sanni called for greater dedication on the part of OYSCATECH Staff, to work while the Chairman, promised to organize programmes that will promote Staff development and institutional advancement.

The Council Chairman commended the institution for the unity among Staff, Unions and Management.

He explained that the Council will not relent in promoting fairness, equity and justice in the discharge of its statutory responsibilities.

The Council extends his sincere gratitude to His Excellency, the Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde for the State financial support, freedom and enablement of the environment for the Council and the institution to excel.

Prof. Sanni also appreciated the Governing Council members for their regular support towards moving the Council and the institution forward.

He posited that the council will not do anything that will undermine the corporate existence of the institution.

In their responses, the council members commended Prof. Sanni for being a transparent and exemplary leader who conducts the affairs of the Council with humility, sincerity and the fear of God.

The Council members pledged their unalloyed support for Prof. Lateef Sanni led Governing Council.
