“She Was My Everything” — Veteran Actor Ojopagogo Remembers Late Wife, Funmilayo, 25 Years After Her Passing

Veteran Yoruba actor Razaq Olayiwola, popularly known as Ojopagogo, has paid an emotional tribute to his late wife, Funmilayo Akanke Olayiwola, marking the 25th anniversary of her passing.

In a heartfelt message shared on social media, Ojopagogo remembered Funmilayo as not just his wife but his unwavering pillar of support, describing her as “my supporter, my friend, my love, my everything.”

Funmilayo Akanke, a fellow performer known for her work as a singer, dancer, and actress, passed away on May 21, 2000. Recalling their time together, the actor emphasized the profound role she played in his life and career.
