Controversial singer Portable was recently crowned the Godfather of the Omotosho Single Mothers Association (OSMA) during an event organized by the association.
Known for self-proclaimed titles such as ‘Ika of Africa’ and ‘Amuludun’, Portable now adds ‘Godfather’ to his list of accolades. The single mothers’ association, which caters to women raising children on their own, selected Portable as their paternal figure at the ceremony held on June 1st.
Portrayed in a video shared on his Instagram page, Portable donned a green cap and white shirt resembling the attire of OSMA members. The association, with registered chapters worldwide, praised Portable’s appointment as a positive step in providing support for single mothers and their children. Additionally, Portable was issued an official identity card that designated him as both Godfather and International Governor of OSMA.
In his acceptance speech, Portable expressed gratitude for the recognition, asserting his role as a father figure to the children of single mothers. Despite recent legal troubles surrounding an unpaid debt for a luxury vehicle, the singer remains optimistic about his new position and the impact he can make within the association.
