A somber atmosphere filled the air as the community gathered to pay their respects to the late Hon. Musiliu Olaide Akinremi, popularly known as “Jagaban,” whose body was brought to his residence on Thursday.

The crowd, comprising friends, family, and constituents, came together to mourn the passing of the esteemed lawmaker, who was widely regarded as a dedicated public servant and a compassionate leader. The residence was filled to capacity, with mourners spilling into the streets, all united in their sorrow.

Heartbreaking cries and wails echoed through the neighborhood as women openly expressed their grief, lamenting the loss of a benefactor who had touched their lives in countless ways. The community was visibly shaken by the sudden passing of Akinremi, leaving a void that will be deeply felt.
