According to Wandera’s tweet, Tinubu arrived after all the heads of state had been moved from the presidential holding room and seated in the auditorium. Despite his late arrival, Tinubu found his reserved seat and joined the other dignitaries.
Tinubu had left Nigeria on Sunday to attend the inauguration ceremony. The reasons behind his delayed arrival while his fellow presidents were already present are unclear.
