Prof Kehinde Kester of the Department of Adult Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ibadan, will deliver 563rd inaugural lecture of the University of Ibadan on Thursday October 10, 2024.
The lecture, entitled: ‘Thou Shall Sharpen Thy Tools’, will take place at the Trenchard Hall of the premier university in Nigeria by 5:00p.m.
The Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof Kayode Adebowale, is expected to chair the inaugural lecture, while the Dean, Faculty of Education, Prof A.O. Adegbesan, will be the host.
The lecture, according to the information made available to the media on Monday, would engage attendees with insightful perspectives on the imperatives of continuous learning and skill enhancement in today’s evolving educational landscape.
Prof. Kester’s insights are expected to prompt thought-provoking discussions that would pave the way for a broader dialogue on the importance of evolving educational methodologies in light of contemporary challenges.
