Watch moment soldiers kill armed political thug in Kogi (VIDEO)

Operatives of the Nigerian Army on Saturday gunned down a ballot box snatcher in Anyigba, Dekina LGA, Kogi State.

It was gathered that the ballot box thief was identified by a Twitter user @seer_ben as Ojochenemi Akayaba.

The thief is said to be an alumnus of Prince Abubakar Audu University who studied Political Science and recently completed his NYSC.

It was learnt that Akayaba, came with other thugs to the Odaba polling unit in Dekina ward with machetes and guns snatched ballot boxes, broke chairs and dispersed voters.

Voters in the area had scampered for their lives following the attack by political thugs who came in large numbers to destroy voting materials.
