Wife of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, Wunmi, has declared that she will not be conducting a DNA test on her son Liam, claiming that Mohbad took her virginity and he is the only man she has ever been intimate with.
Wunmi expressed her desire for her son to not face the same fate as his father, who passed away, and asserted that no one has the authority to request a DNA test for her child.
She emphasized that she would only consider a DNA test if she herself deemed it necessary.
Previously, Wunmi had announced that she would agree to a DNA test if Mohbad’s father obtained a court order, as he believed it was essential before providing his son with a proper burial.
Wunmi pleaded with those demanding a DNA test to respect her decision and recognize that they lack the authority to mandate it. She disclosed that Mohbad was her husband until his demise, that he had proposed and taken her innocence, and that Liam is their son.
Wunmi concluded by stating that she doesn’t have any funds to give to bloggers but appreciates the genuine support from other parents.
