Governor Makinde Constitutes Committee for Landowners’ Compensation on Circular Road Project

Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has officially established a committee to oversee compensation payments for landowners impacted by the acquisition of land for the first segment of the Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja Circular Road.

A letter detailing the formation of the committee was signed by Prof Olanike Adeyemo, on behalf of the Secretary to the State Government. The monitoring team will be led by CP Sunday Odukoya (rtd), the Executive Assistant on Security to the Governor.

The committee comprises various notable members, including:
– Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, Commissioner for Culture & Tourism
– Mrs. Bosede Sodiq, Senior Special Assistant for Broadcast Media
– Mr. A.O. Kolapo, Director of Administration and Supplies, Governor’s Office
– Mr. S.O.A. Olatunde, Deputy Director of Administration and Supplies, Governor’s Office, serving as Secretary
– Representatives from the Bureau of Public Procurement and the Project Monitoring Agency.
