Nigerian comedian and actor, Mr Macaroni (real name Debo Adedayo), has taken legal action against social media influencer and Nollywood actor, Lege Miami, for allegedly defaming him.
Mr Macaroni filed a lawsuit through his legal representatives, Falana and Falana’s Chambers, accusing Lege of making inflammatory statements.
Mr Macaroni demanded that Lege retract his statement and publicly apologize within three days, as well as pay N50 million in damages for the claims made against him.
Lege Miami shared the lawsuit on his Instagram page, expressing his surprise at the legal action taken against him.
He described Mr Macaroni as a longtime friend and a popular comedian, with whom he has shared many happy moments.
Despite the lawsuit, Lege Miami expressed his admiration for Mr Macaroni and even shared a throwback video of the two of them laughing together, along with the message.
“Debo my longtime friend why nah why nah !!!!!!!!!!! Mr Freaky Freaky You are doing well joor @mrmacaroni1e.”
