While speaking the cleric reportedly read from Daniel 9:1-4 which says “Then I set my face toward the Lord God to request by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes. And I prayed to the Lord my God, and confessed, and said, “O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His commandments.
Speaking further he said “What made Daniel the man he was, was that he read the Scriptures. And the scripture was available to him. It came to his notice that in 70 years, God will come and set His people free from Babylon. Speaking further he said “Some people go from valley to mountain to pray to God while leaving the simple steps of obedience they were supposed to take. Therefore, We cannot pray contrary to the will of God. Because our expectations must not run contrary to the word of God.
